Rachel Tracy, Founder & CEO
I’m Rachel — a learning culture designer who builds systems where growth takes root. I help organizations turn curiosity into capability and capability into performance, blending strategy, design, and a deep belief in human potential.
Over the past two decades, I’ve worked inside the world’s largest and most complex organizations — from Fortune 1 to Fortune 500 — leading within Centers of Excellence and partnering with global and regional L&D teams to bring learning strategies to life with employers such as Walmart, Inc. and The Coca-Cola Co.
I specialize in connecting enterprise priorities with human realities — designing solutions that scale globally while staying personal and locally relevant.

Outside of work, life’s my favorite classroom. I’m married to my favorite collaborator, raising a curious five-year-old, and adventuring with our labrador, who reminds me daily to stay curious and keep moving forward.
